The city of Sioux Falls continuously strives to provide a safe and accessible environment for all. Here are some of the most recent ADA Accessibility improvement plans.

Hotels, venues, attractions and all organizations that serve our guests also have access to ADA checklist for Existing Facilities.

The city also follows a strict ADA Transition Plan required by Title II 28 CFR part 35.150 of the Americans with Disabilities Act to develop and implement a transition plan to recommend corrective actions in order to provide access to public programs and facilities equally to the citizens of Sioux Falls.
