AVCA First Serve

See some of the top ranked women's volleyball programs in the country compete at the Sanford Pentagon during the AVCA First Serve on August 25. As part of a multi-day event with several days of games taking place in Lincoln, NE, there will be two games played in Sioux Falls: Kansas vs Penn State and Minnesota vs Texas A&M.

Fall Festival

The annual Fall Festival at the Country Apple Orchard officially opens for the season August 29-31 and will be open every weekend through the end of October. Enjoy seasonal favorites like apple pie, apple cider, apple picking, pumpkin patch and a wide range of activities for the kids such as a petting zoo, apple cannon range, hay bale maze, kiddie train rides, 90-foot jumping pillows, and much more.

62nd Annual Sidewalk Arts Festival

Shop from over 230 vendors on September 6 during this outdoor market in Downtown Sioux Falls. The Sidewalk Arts Festival will feature local makers selling everything from home decor to canned goods, custom art, and more.

The PGA TOUR Champions brings the Sanford International to the Minnehaha Country Club September 11-14. This annual golf tournament brings some of golf's greatest players aged 50 and above to Sioux Falls to compete for the top prize.
