Thank you for your interest in visiting and sharing the many great things about Sioux Falls.

Please review the guidelines outlined below. Media assistance depends on availability and is handled on a case-by-case basis. All media must receive pre-authorization from Experience Sioux Falls if complimentary items are provided.

Please be prepared to provide the following information:

Media Kit - Inclusive of sample articles or projects, references, and total reach for each outlet or channel.
Letter of Assignment - Documentation inclusive of details for when and where each piece will be distributed.
Story Angle - Please also include if this part of a larger trip and other partners you have made arrangements with.

Additional notes:

Please provide at least two weeks minimum notice from the first date of your arrival.
If complimentary overnight hotel stays are required, please consider traveling on Sunday-Thursday when peak times are lower.
Documentation and reach must be provided in a timely manner agreed to by both parties.
